I like it, yet another blacksteel but it works for me. I won't be paying £3910 though.

I have had a bit with their Blacksteel. And why do they keep on making Blacksteel watches. They don't sell! At least not over here...

They must sell good overall, otherwise i doubt they would do several black, on black, on black watches.

I prefer my watches to have a few elements of contrast, at least 3 or 4 when you look at the dial (black, chrome, red, and the color of SS).

This will pass (I hope).
I remember Hi-Fi equipment components in brushed aluminium in late 70's early 80's. Then black coated was all the rage and now it is back to brushed aluninium.

Off course they must sell good or it would be indeed a very stupid thing to continue making them, but I've seen enough Blacksteel for a while... And my window and Breitling corner are stuffed with Blacksteel watches... And even though we are a very touristic place where I am, haven't sold one Blacksteel watch this year.

Me too. So dispiriting to click on one of their marketing emails and see yet another watch simply dipped in the DLC well.

I've never owned a black steel watch so they still hold some appeal for me. I've more than my fair share of s/s black faced chronographs and am tempted to try something different. It might stop my beloved asking "Which watch is that you've got on today......?"

Well, i guess that just means where you are the "stealth" look isn't a huge trend, just like how in certain countries a whole brand may sell more or less watches than another brand.

Like i said i don't like the look of those watches personally and idc if the trend continues or stops.
