Hi everyone. Hoping for some tips.
It is nicer than the photos seem to show. However there are some fine scratches on the gold plated rider tabs.
The bracelet again is in neat condition with mainly the plated bits showing scratches.

Thank you. Any help welcome.

Really I am kind of a heathen when it comes to this whole clean it up or leave the wabi discussion. With that said I would send it off to Breitling for a spa day and tell them to clean it up with the service. I will allow that I recognize there are some vintage watches that are better left alone but I personally enjoy looking at watches that look their best on my wrist. I would probably never buy a vintage for that reason Jmho.

I have owned dozens of titanium Breitlings and they are usually easily refurbished to almost new with Scotchbrite. The two tone bracelet makes that difficult, as the gold plating will take on a brushed look rather than the original low polish. Masking off the gold elements is the only option, and that is not easy either. The big issue for your Aero is that the chimney on the case is heavily scratched. This is a design element of many Breitlings and it is the hardest part to clean up because of the very close clearance between the chimney and the crystal. I agree with Kevin that a trip to Breitling may be your only real choice....
