I was just curious about what people think about the Steelfish. Is it a good choice for someone's first Breitling? Has anyone had any issues with it?

If anyone has any thoughts, I would appreciate them.

Thanks.

Great choice. Big, solid watch. Classic Breitling!

Never heard anyone dissatisfied with one, other than they'd like two!

White looks bigger than black or blue on the wrist so bear this in mind if you prefer larger/smaller watches.

There are VERY good fakes around, for both the square and arrow head second hand styles, so take great care if you don't buy new.

I think it's a very versatile Breitling - though I'm glad you said first Brietling rather than only Breitling

Not a risk, a solemn promise. Plan for #2 when buying #1.

Best buy that Breitling makes, IN MY OPINION! Whats not to like: 42-43mm case, 22mm lug width, four different type of straps/bracelet available (Pro2 bracelet, croco or calf skin strap, Ocean Racer rubber or Diver pro rubber), great looking dial design and 6600 ft depth rating!

If you cant tell (expecially from my sig) I absolutely love the Steelfish. I am probally going to buy a blue dialed one next year to finish my collection!

Stop screwin around and go GET IT! :)

Beware though, there are some excellent replicas out there for this model, dont question it just go to a AD and buy with confidence.

Scott

Great watch. It was my first Breitling (but somehow I don't think it will be my last :) ).

Before buying it I got some reassurance from the good people on this site, and I haven't regretted it for a second.
