Hi guys,

Just bought a navitimer gmt, question re setting it up, is it ok to wind back the hour hand to change the date backwards? i looked in the manual it mentions nothing to say DONT do it. In this model i guess you dont need to have the hour hand at 6pm because u need to wind the hour hand to make the date change.

It mentions in the manual you can wind it backwards when you change time zones? On the breitling website http://www.breitling.com/en/service/user-manuals/ it shows a example moving forward then back time zones and the date goes back? so i guess its ok?

Hello! Yes you can forward advance the date, or reverse the date manually with the hour hand, with no issue.
