A couple of weeks ago, I went to a local Breitling AD in Miami looking for a Galactic 41 and they didn't have it in stock. In viewing their Breitling selection, the Super Avenger II hit me on the right spot!
It is beautiful and in my case the fit was much better than the Avenger II.
It is big but on my 7 7/8 inch wrist it fits pretty good. In addition, it is a lot easier to read the dial in its entirety (67 years old but in good shape).
I purchased the bracelet and the black OEM leather strap with deployant clasp.
I then purchased a couple of Panatime straps, blue leather and a black with red stitching Kevlar.
Needless to say, I am super happy with my birthday gifts for this year!!
Hope you enjoy the few pics.

Congratulations on both the new watch and your birthday, I regret selling my SuperAvenger a while back. It may be time to start looking for another!!

Thanks.
As you know, the Super Avenger II is an impressive watch so I hope you find another one in the near future.

Happy birthday!
I have a question for ya....
I see you have it on steel and leather as well..
I have mine on steel. I would really like to know if it "wears" smaller on leather.
I have been contemplating selling mine as i feel its a bit large for my wrist, my expert friends keep on telling me to wear it in leather instead.

Ganiswitbank-Yes, it feels lighter and smaller on leather. I also have the rubber strap (III) and it also feels the same.
I suggest you buy the Panatime deployant leather to try it out, the cost is not that much and you can verify how it feels on leather.
Good luck!
