Post subject: | help me satisfy the masses on Breitling Ltd Ed Dial & S |
I am considering a limited edition dial run for the USAFA cadets of 2010. I know that there are several styles and my personal watch the Navitimer. However, that said can I get some feedback from others on their actual flight usage utility on these. 1. Navitimer 2. Skyracer 3. Aerospace. I have seen that John Privette Says on August 13th, 2007 at 4:29 pm under the ltd edition blog that he is doing a run for pilots at Luke AFB for customized Aerospace watches. So that being said I proposed the Aerospace. Can I get more real life pilot feedback here please. Thanks |

Well im not a pilot, but if I was wouldn't the emergency be a perfect pilot watch? I mean you can of course use the watch in the event of an emergency, it sends the homing beacon. |

Myself being a pilot I would perfer either the emergency or the Navitimer. The navitimer is good but even so it probably will never replace my e6-b so that being said I would have to chose the emergency on this one. |

hello needs2know, It all depends, what You are flying. For airliner use, I would say, a Navitimer is the nicest. For private pilot in small aircraft, I would recommend the Skyracer. Its the only one, where You can even hear the alarm in the cockpit, and the functionality is great. If You have smaller people, rather take an aerospace with copilot. Depends, wht You like better. If You are an extreme pilot, like bush flying, arctic expeditions, at home in the rockies or an other type of high risk pilot, You should go for the emergency. best greatings Thomas (PPL, using navitimer or emergency) |
