Hi everybody, I sent my watch into BUSA to replace the bezel last month. The watch came back monday with the case polished, bezel swapped out and gaskets replaced. Went to use the chronograph today and the top pusher fell right off. Not very good quality control.. Breitling have apologized and sent me a return shipping label, but the service center will be closed until the 10th of August! Hopefully it comes back good as new. Has anyone else had post service issues? |

Quite a few on here if you search around. I once sent a Chrono Avenger in to BUK for a full overhaul and it came back with a damaged clasp. They replaced it with a new one but no apology or explanation. Hopefully all will be good when you get your watch back. Most members of this forum use Breitling Service centres to maintain and repair their prized watches. They provide an excellent, if costly, service most of the time but now and again things so slip through. |

My Chrono Colt Automatic was returned to me after a FULL service with a broken minutes totalizer. I returned it, and it was fixed, but it took another 6 weeks. |
