I knew better but could not stop myself. I bought a month old B50 from a guy whose wrist could not carry the size of the B50. Having read all of the horror stories about the first run of B50's, I figured that I could mitigate some of the risk by buying the newest one possible [can you hear the rationalization?]. I love it and it does not seem to have any issues that the first run had. The crown has not fallen off [yet], it charges without overheating, and it behaves in all of its functions, save one. After it sits all night, the tilt lighting goes on holiday for about two hours. After that it is back to normal. Maybe it is slow to wake up and I should set its alarm for two hours before I get up, or it just refuses to wake at 0500 EST, figuring that it will sleep in for a bit....I can't believe that I have to take it to the Boutique because of this, but as I said at the top, I should have known better.

Is it linked to UTC? As most things on the watch are based on UTC? Just a thought

If you have "night mode" selected, this disables the tilt mechanism from 0000-0600

Lols. I also have a B50 and almost lost my cool when I couldn't get the tilt to work one morning at 5. After about an hour of anger I remembered the Night Mode function. The universe was perfect again
