Hello,

I have just purchased a new cockpit B50, and I am trying to charge it. I connect the charger, the light and beep comes up, the word "charge" is there but the watch is not charging... it even discharged when i unplugged.

How is this possible on a new watch that cost almost 7000 euros.

Can somebody help me what is going on with the watch?

thanks,
Tiago

Just do a search, common issue that will require Breitling attention.

Take it back to the AD you purchased it from. If it's not charging and there is no prospect of it doing so, then I would return it. Save any suggestions from other owners.

If you have done as the instructions state then it's something probably only Breitling can solve. Best of luck.

Agee with the above. A friend of mine had the same issue and was given a replacement by his AD. The sales guy appeared not in the least surprised. A fabulous piece but not one that delivers.

Sorry to hear that. It seems like this watch has been very disappointing. Good luck with the fix.

Breitling is shooting their brand in the foot by allowing any of these defects to be purchased. Really unimpressive. Get your money back.

I've said it before, but it's such a shame these issues are continuing with this piece. The in-house quartz movement (if indeed it actually IS fully in house) should've been a landmark event for a company like Breitling who have really embraced quartz in their professional line, but issues like this really tarnish things. And it's a double shame as I think it's a gorgeous looking watch too.

I have a b50 night mission, and I have not had a single issue. No issues with any function, I accidentally let mine go completely dead, charged it to 100% and still no issues. It appears I have the only good one.

It's really a shame that this has happened. I believe that Breitling is not releasing anymore of them, my local dealer was trying to get one for 8 months for me until I found it somewhere else.

Sorry to hear man. This is a common issue with this watch. I know of 3 B50's with this issue. Ask your AD to replace.
