bought this just 1 week ago online from Laing in Edinburgh and now it has to be sent off for repair as the minute subdial is not registering elapsed minutes , the second hand and half hour increments are fine , which suggests to me a loose hand maybe ?

problem is the documentation ( cosc cert & warranty card) was not with the watch when it was delivered , in its place was a hand written note stating docs will follow in 4 / 6 weeks , so , is it usual for docs to be separated from the piece ?

No, doc's should always be in the box with the watch.

It's likely the original documents were lost and the AD has requested replacements from Breitling.

A man. I am sorry to hear this. I've had 3 Brand New Chronospace watches from my AD all with this same problem. The factory in Switzerland must still get back to my WHY these where faulty !!
