Hi. I've just bought the B50, which I understand comes with a 2 year warranty. How often do I have to get the watched serviced? And do I need to, to maintain the warranty? Finally, if the warranty has lapsed and you have the watch serviced, is the watch gauranteed for a further 12 months from the service date? I have tried the search function, but not found the answers I'm looking for. Many thanks for your help.

Service intervals for quartz are generally every 2nd battery change, obviously that doesn't apply with the B50 and I haven't seen specific recommendations from Breitling on it. I would suggest 5-7 years is a good rule of thumb. You don't need to do anything to maintain the warranty, just don't abuse the watch. Factory servicing does come with a 12 month warranty. |
