I am looking at buying a midnight carbon Bentley 6.75 with the rubber strap/deployment buckle. How easy is it to refinish the midnight colored watches? I know the deployment buckle is going to be very susceptible to scratches and I'm sure I'll eventually nick the case on accident.

Not very easy. You would likely have to go third party and it would mean stripping and refinishing. That said, scratches aren't a huge issue, more dings that 'reshape' the case and cause the metal to show through the surface treatment. High traffic areas like buckles are more susceptible to wear to the coating rather than scratches.

Eh, I went to my local AD and they happened to have a midnight carbon watch in stock (wasn't the 6.75 I wanted) but I also asked the refinishing question and they basically said they can't be refinished. The one they had already had nicks on it from just taking it out of the display to show customers....$9k is way too much to spend on something that is not going to look good in a year.
