According to the official Breitling website, No.

Of the 6 versions available, not one has an Ivory dial. But the Transocean Chronograph Edition does. Nice looking watch and double back is an interesting idea.

Transocean Chronograph GMT might be the other consideration in this range.

Hmmmm......thinking that, for the money, the Transocean 1461 might be more in line with what I'm looking for, notwithstanding the lack of the in-house movement.
