Hi,

Apologies if this poll has been done before, however i've tried searching for it and i was surprised that nothing came up.

So as the title reads, How Often Do You Wear Your Breitling?

I understand that some users have many watches and many Breitlings too, so if you fall into this category, how often is a Breitling (or another luxury watch) sitting on your arm?

On average one of the Breitlings 5 out of the 7 days of the week and it has absolutely nothing with which day of the week it is. Perhaps more casual one on Fridays and definitely very casual on weekends.
My Tudor or the couple of Omegas or the more local productions have to fight for a share of the remaining two days per week, on average.

I always have a watch on except when I shower. 99% of the time it is a vintage Breitling. I try to wear a different watch everyday.

I constantly wear a watch, even in the shower. Most of the time it's a Breitling, however I've been getting into more brands recently so I've moved many of my Breitling to make room for more. IWC takes much of the time now, and when my Zenith arrives, I'm not sure what will happen!

I wear mine everyday, all the time. I do not wear any watches in the shower, right now my Breitling for Bentley is worn the most, followed by Super Avenger 2 & Audemars Piguet.

I only wear a watch when I leave home as there are constant reminders of what time it is being displayed on various electronics in the house. A category for 'Randomly, as needed' would work best for me.

I wear a watch most of the time, though not to bed or showering. I take it off for yard work and sometimes on the weekend I go without. Generally, I won't wear one in a situation where I think it might get banged up. I have beaters but I have no desire to risk unnecessary damage to something I paid good money for.

With two kids in college, both out of state and one in a private school, the collection is tight right now and will be for a little while. My one Breitling is my "strap" watch, and is worn a couple days a week. I got it from member Vintage with a little networking through Watchfred. Its still a joy to strap on each time. The rest of the time I have a couple of Rolexes which I wear because yes, I like them but also their size makes them so easy to wear under shirt sleeves, yet big enough with short sleeves.

I voted everyday, but for me that doesn't mean all the time as I never wear a watch in the shower or when I go to bed. It also doesn't just mean Breitling for me as I own watches by a number of different brands and I only ever wear one watch a day.

The results so far are very interesting. I can't believe i'm the only one who doesn't wear their watch everyday, however i only have it 4 days, so i'm sure that will change very soon, once i get a bit more confident in wearing it (as sad as that sounds).

These watches are 'heart' purchases, you don't need it, you want it. Presumably you bought it because of how it makes you feel and it feels a heck of a lot better on the wrist than at home in the box! Wear it and enjoy it, what's the point in having it otherwise?

I have 4 watches of which 2 are Breitlings. I rotate them fairly evenly for weeks at a time, so I'd say I wear a Breitling 50% of the time over a given year :)

This kind of goes along with how I am with watches in general. It seems to have become a security blanket in a sense. Not having a crazy watch to show off to everyone, well except maybe you guys;) but I've grown to just have comfort in having a machine strapped to my wrist, confident that when I look down at it it will always give me a warm feeling inside! A mild addiction is probably more of an accurate term but either way, it's awesome!

I generally wear one of my nice watches (not always a Breitling) everyday. I often take it off once I arrive home from work, I don't shower in one or wear one to bed, I don't exercise or play sport in a 'nice' watch, and at home on the weekends I generally don't a watch, but those are the only exceptions. I guess I just like having one on most of the time, which makes sense on this site

I couldn't vote, because none of the options are applicable.

I have four watches, and wear each one for a full week in strict rotation. So it's every day, but with three weeks off in every four.
