Post subject:  Any small wrist tried Unitime or Bentley?

Hi everyone, I am a new guy from China. :D

I love both 46mm Unitime and 49mm In-house Bentley series even though my wrist is only 6.7' .

Just read an review article on Unitime. It seems that the author with 6.5' wrist can handle the watch properly.

Can anyone give some advice before I go to the watch shop?

And anyone thought it's worthy to pay more for good-looking shape of Bentley with same movement?

Welcome.

The best thing you can do is to actually go to a shop and try one on. You may find that they don't suit you or they might be ok, but you should try them for yourself.

Opinions here maybe divided based on your wrist size, and although that's what you would like to know nothing beats strapping one on for yourself. It's your opinion that counts the most. Unless your nearest dealer is too far away, trying one on for yourself is the best policy.

Thanks, Jim.

The nearest dealer is 300 KM away from my home. That's why I want to have some ideas first.

Your advice is helpful. :lingsrock:

Sorry xiancai. Me and my big mouth. . If it helps. I have a number of watches at about 46-49mm. I have a 7.5inch wrist. Mostly they are good for my sized wrist. The size does not worry me, but the balance does. I hardly notice some large and heavier watches because of where the centre of balance is. It's also evident in the thickness of the watch. Flatter watches have less weight above the strap line and I find them more comfortable, even at a larger size. So I would not rule either out in your selection. Cheers

Welcome :)

I tried on a Unitime 2 days ago and it was too large for my sub-7 inch wrist. The lugs hung over the side of my wrist. The shape of your wrist also makes a difference so it may still suit you. Good luck.

Nihao xiancai!
Here for reference is a 43mm TOC on a 6.75" wrist.
Just about acceptable for me probably because I want I to be although many would most likely say that it is too big. The Transoceans have relatively long lugs. I have tried the 46mm at the boutique in Hong Kong and it was just too big.
I would not contemplate 49mm for my wrist for even 0.5 of a second. Guo da.

Thanks Wessa. You are right. The long lug may be the obstacle to me.

I have the same size wrist as you, all 10 of my Breitlings are 46mm to 48mm, I love the fit and big look. Goodluck with your purchase
