Hey guys,
I just wanted to share in my excitement, and post a few first pics of my newest arrival I just got.
Let me start by saying I love Breitlings, I especially love 44mm Chronomats (43.5mm), and I drool every time I see a pic of the B01 Chronomats.
I recently parted with perhaps my favorite watch I ever owned, my hurricane white dial Super Avenger.
I sold it for a couple logical simple reasons..
1.) I just could not see myself wearing a watch that big moving forward in my life
2.) I wish I could keep every watch I ever owned, including a total of 6 Breitlings, but, I'm not a millionaire, and I just cant keep them all. Wish I could. So, it was the watch on the chopping block this time to chase another.
I will miss how beautiful that white dial was, with its raised wings, and chrome stencil markers, best looking dial I ever seen IMO.
Well, I told myself, If I had to replace my Super Avenger that I loved so much, it had be a Breitling that looked impressive to me to fill the void.
After giving it careful thought, there was one, that I saw in pics, that made me stare, that I handled at the AD, that had an incredibly detailed dial, a dial color different than the other watches I own, that looks great with my business attire, and most importantly, one I longed to own..I wanted a Sierra Silver B01.
I just got her recently, and guys, no regrets here, I am smitten by her.

A while back I had a SA whit dial with batons and sold it for the exact same reason

Congrats on yr acquisition! This is one of my favorite B01 combos. The amount of attention to detail on this watch is unbelievable and instead of getting tiresome overtime, my love for it gets stronger day by day and it remains as my holy grail till date. Welcome to the B01 Squadron :lingsrock:

Thank you. And, you understand then. It wasn't because the SA wasn't incredible.

Thanks Driver. And, every watch in my box are grail watches. I'm very pleased with my small collection. Right now, or in the foreseeable future, I have nothing left for me to desire. It was a long journey, (4+ years on the watch forums) and I think I may be finally satisfied. :)

Frigging gorgeous Dave!
I have the LE but I have to admit, that all silver combo looks smashing on your wrist.
It also looks very powerful and just about domineering in that watch box amongst the others.
Initially I got my Chronomat just to cmplete a collection.
Before I realized it became a favorite on my wrist.
Enjoy it for years to come

I picked it up on eBay. It's made by Android, I believe that sells watches on shopNBC. It's 3 slot, accommodates 3 large watches, double zippered for travel, and I paid around $35 dollars for it. Sweet deal, well made, and a great 3-slot box/travel case for the price.

Twinsies! I've had the same one since 2009 and absolutely love it. Pictures don't do that dial justice. It's a fantastic color.
