My Date Won't Change

The date won't change on my Navitimer automatically, but it will if I change it manually. Any tips? Will it need a service?

Maybe a dumb question but did you check if the time was set on midnight and not on noon?

It's been running for 2 days and is stuck on the 20th. But it changes manually.

World, I haven't worn it a lot lately, so I don't know if that has something to do with it???

You know there is a "danger zone" with the World? Meaning you can't move the date within a specific timeframe (I believe between 8 and 2) in order not to damage the date system.

If you have changed the date within that danger zone, this could have caused your problem. Go to your AD and ask him if he can take a look at the watch for you.

I don't believe I have, that's why I'm not sure what's going on. Everything else on the watch is working correctly! I think that's what I'll do, it's still under warranty but I'm hoping I won't have to go that route.

Don't think that it's a broken tooth issue associated with the danger zone, that would impact both change functions. Sounds more to me like slipping, maybe due to low torque which would indicate a need for a service.
