Is there a way to 100% align the hour hand to the hour point, when the minute hand is at 12 o'clock position

For example: if the watch is on exactly 12 o'clock; my Aerospace shows the hour hand slightly to the left of the minute hand - when in the 12 o'clock position.....

I've red the 16 page booklet twice, but can only find the procedure of "synchronization the hands with the digital time".

What you are seeing is perfectly normal, and is in fact required to avoid the running train from binding. You can 'fix' it temporarily using the steps in this thread - viewtopic.php?f=1&t=10570, but it will go out of alignment again because of the slack in the running train.

The famous floating-hand issue: they [mostly] all do that sir. On mine you can tap the case to get the hands to align exactly, but generally the hour hand just reverts to being half a minute out, as it were, and most learn to live with it.

Yup, what he said. My new Aerospace drove me nuts at first. Now, I know it's there, but I'm OK with it. It's just a quirk of an otherwise outstanding watch.
