Old and new: Old; any problem with continuous running of the timer function, or is it best left for strictly timing purposes? New; thoughts on the new Navitimer 46mm version? Any appreciable difference/advantage over the standard 01? Thanks! |

No practical issues with running the chronograph, it will lower the power reserve but for daily wearers that's a theoretical issue only. It will also cause marginally more wear on the chrono gears, but again no practical impact beyond a possible extra couple of bucks during servicing. In terms of one over the other - it's down to personal preference and size considerations, no real practical differences. |

The new Navi 46 has a display back as standard which is a nice plus in my opinion. |

I love my watch. This is my first "expensive" watch. I decided to go with the iconic Breitling. I got the leather band with deployment clasp. I don't like the look of the bracelet. My bracelet watch will probably be a Rolex in the near future. I got a good deal through jnelson. It also came with a breitling book and a wallet. |
