Have a few questions about the service my chronomat is undergoing.

1) will the 17j 7750 be replaced with the new style 7750?

2) I opted for a new dial. Will this be a newer style with raised emblem bigger indices or will they keep similar serial number painted wings and indices ? (Rhodium gold giouche )

1) No

2) Depends on what they have in stock. At this point it will probably be the newer style but you would need to confirm with Breitling.

They definitely won't replace the movement (unless you specifically ask them to).

In terms of the dial it will be the correct one for your model assuming they have it in stock. In other words it will be a replacement for the one you have. I don't know the age of your Chronomat in order to comment, but if it's old and they don't have your model's dial in stock any more, then they MAY opt to drop in a newer version assuming there is one for your model of Chronomat, but personally I think that'd be unlikely as they Breitling will not "franken-ise" a watch. The only exceptions are generally handsets (if original ones are unavailable) and quartz movements if newer ones are available as they are cheaper to replace than to service.

EDIT - Roff beat me to it (surprise surprise!)

But Roff didn't explain it so detailed as you did Driver! ;-). It took him less time to type his answer.

You overestimate my phone typing speed!

Don't know about that Roff. You seem to be very fast in answering/helping members with their problems and questions (which we appreciate a lot!). So I think you are underestimating your phone typing speed! ;-)
And with 33k+ posts, you have had a lot of practice...
