Hi, I am discussing with a retailer about a pre-owened Datora. The watch is from 2006 and according to the seller, the watch is sporting sapphire glass. Looking at the reference material on this site. The Montbrilliant got sapphire glass around 2009: http://www.breitlingsource.com/watch_de ... nt_91.html The information on the Datora is a bit inconclusive, but it hints to the fact that the watch has always come with sapphire glass: http://www.breitlingsource.com/watch_de ... t_108.html To me this is a deal breaker, I want to be sure I get a sapphire version. So, could somebody please help me out? Perhaps somebody has a chronolog from 2007 or earlier were this is mentioned? Thank you! |

Not sure whether it is in Chronologs and don't have any to hand to check. I believe that it has always been sapphire, and I am certain that if not it can be upgraded during servicing. |

It has sapphire from the start in 2003. |
