Hello all. Pictured is my 1998 Colt SuperOcean A17040. Can anyone tell me what the inner bezel ring (numbered 1-100) is supposed to measure? I'm pretty certain it's not a Tachymeter. Thanks! |

It's just a % scale, so the 50 at the 6 o'clock position shows 50% of a minute/hour. |

It's for the military timing - 1/100 of an hour scale. |

I suppose that makes sense. I was in the military and never once had to reference or know the percentage of an hour. |
