ESA900911 or Miyota Y652 are readily available in Seiko's and Pulsars among others and work as replacements to the 900231.

EBay would be your best bet, the watches come up fairly frequently.

The ESA Y2 900.231 is almost impossible to find. They sometimes pop up nos in off brand watches but it's rare to find one. I have a nos Jules Jurgensen with the ESA Y2 900.231 but also just purchased a Navitimer 2100 with a bad movement to use it in. I've been holding that movement for over a year looking for a donor watch and have a Yugoslavian Air Force Navitimer 2100 inbound from Hungary. The ESA Y2 900.911 will swap out although has a slightly different counter function. Unfortunately they're as hard to find as the .231. The Miyota Y652 won't work as it's for the three pusher PLuton/Navitmer models not the two pusher you're looking for. Finding a movement requires a bit of luck and a whole lot of patience as you're not the only one looking for them. They can be easily shorted out doing a battery change and don't have a good reputation for longevity. The problem with these mostly is the aged circuits which can also affect nos pieces so make sure you know what you're buying and ask detailed questions as to condition in every display mode. Good luck!

Oops, forgot that the Y652 was three pusher, thanks Paul.

I think that the time is approaching when these pieces are going to become paperweights sadly, all of the movements are obsolete and donors are just as old as the failed movements that they replace.
