Hi all

I am seriously considering a new Breitling to replace my series 1 Omega Deville.

I really like the SuperOcean heratige 44 in green case and silver dial. I find the SO heratige 46 just a little to "un-balanced" with the 3 faces.
Plus I prefer the red chrono hand on the SO 44.

Is there a case size - wrist size equation or something.
Can anyone advise the face size difference (I know it should be 2mm but it somehow looks more)

Any real world side by side pics really appreciated.

Paul

General consensus is that unless the lugs are overhanging your wrist it isn't 'too' big, but other than that it comes down to personal taste.

The 46 fits even small wrists because the lugs slope downward considerably. The 44 is a perfect size, though, for small or large wrists.

I'd go 44 too unless you had a big PO or something that you want to emulate or you had it on your wrist and fell in love. 44 is a size that can still be formal, its modern, its big, and sort of an everyday size even typing or on a boat (or working on an engine, I try to take them off but sometimes you just need to adjust some fluids) but not too big for average male.

I prefer the more balanced look of the two subdial 44, I think its a very clean looking chrono.
