I have contacted them in the past and there is always an answer during business hours. I also have the service managers personal email address and Donovan has always replied very quickly. I get a recording saying their mail box is full and can't accept anymore messages. |

Haven't been there in a couple of months but haven't heard anything. |

It's just strange that their mailbox is full and no one answers during the day time. Also, Donovan not replying to my emails really makes me wonder. He has always been really good at communicating with me in the past. |

As far as I know it goes to the same switchboard even though technically the mailing address is next door. |

I just tried it and I got Donovan's voicemail. I'll try that number tomorrow morning to see if I get an answer. |

They are still going strong, Roff, Donovan must be busy, he just replied to my email. He has a new number as well, it's 416-546-8463. |

I hope not. I had an email from Donovan in late Jan. and just sent my aerospace in for service yesterday. |

I hope not as well, have one of the new Navitimers on my radar and we may be getting a Breitling dealer here in Ottawa. Birks now carries the brand and their Rideau Mall store here is closed for renovations for the next 3 months. I was in the day before they closed and they told me when they re-open they will be carrying Breitling. I am looking forward to it. |

No, they are still open. I emailed Donovan after he emailed me to let him know that the main line voicemail is full and won't accept any more messages. |

And now for an update... I just got my Aerospace back from Breitling Canada. It was in for a battery change and I can say it was one of the finest service experiences I have had. I sent my watch in back in late March. It need a new battery. It came back looking nearly new. It was lovingly packaged in a nice Breitling travel case with a Breitling logo cleaning cloth thrown in as well. Donovan phoned me late last week to inform me that my watch was ready and to verify my return shipping address. 2 business day shipping from Toronto to Ottawa (considering yesterday was a holiday, I'm impressed). You can't get much better service than that. Kudos, Breitling Canada! |

I actually sent an email to Breitling to let them know how I felt about his professionalism. |

I'm contemplating sending my Speedmaster X-33 into Omega for a service and to see if I can get them to swap in the thermo-compensated movement that seems to be available for a price... Hopefully Omega service is as attentive as Breitling! |

Interestingly, I had asked an AD to research a strap for me this morning EDT. She called me back around 1500 apologizing that she hadn't gotten back to me yet, but that she had been trying to reach Breitling (I assume in CT) all day & simply not get through. |
