http://cgi.ebay.ca/22mm-Stainless-Steel ... 286.c0.m14 Anyone bought one of these? If so, how do they look and feel in person? Do they fit up nice to your Navi? For the price, it seems worth it for the occasional change up. Just considering it as I would like to buy a Navitimer with a leather band, and have the SS as an alternative once and awhile |

To be honest, I'm not be the best person to give an opinion as I'm a stickler for OEM stuff! ![]() |

I am a stickler as well, however at 21 y/o breaking the bank to buy a Navi in the first place, I would be okay running a solid aftermarket bracelet! ![]() |

![]() I completely take your point....... and I've been in the same boat myself at your age, but I'd still be tempted to keep it on leather and wait a while for a genuine bracelet when funds allow. I just think an aftermarket bracelet would detract from the whole "quality watch" experience for you. But it's your call. |

I totally agree with Driver8. I would suggest the use of a diver pro, ocean racer or a leather strap... way before bolting on an aftermarket bracelet. Think of it this way: this would be the exact comparison of placing a Breitling bracelet on a timex. Looks better but not right. It all boils down to personal preference. I couldnt do it but if your ok with it... well..... |

I agree with the advice that you should wait for a real one, although that one "looks" decent. Its probably a bit better than the usual garbage, but certainly not up to OEM standards. I would guess that a bracelet of equal quality to OEM without the Breitling markup would still cost at least $200. |

I have to agree with the consensus here, go with oem. I saw some genuine Breitling bracelets on timezone. You might find something you like. http://forums.timezone.com/index.php?t= ... 4683&rid=0 |

I too can understand you wanting that one and before getting my Cockpit I would have not known what all the fuss was about, but now, boy oh boy, Breitling make the best SS bracelets I have ever seen. I think I would go along with the rest here! |

And another vote for the real Breitling stuff. ![]() I'd keep it on leather till the bracelet is affordable. |
