First off I really understand why you want to own a Breitling, BUT YOU WANT A BENTLEY MODEL RIGHT OFF THE BAT!!! How about taking the money you have now and buy another style Breitling and enjoy the fact that YOU saved for it and then start saving for another down the road. I really don't understand that if you can't even pay your rent and other bills, maybe think about that first...........then a Breitling. For the money you have right now there are alot of nice Breitlings on the market......good luck!

Keep thinking like that and youll be struggling to pay your rent for the rest of your life. It sounds to me like the last thing you need right now is an expensive watch.

Wow...... friend you've got your priorities screwed up.

1st off you have been a member of our forum for what... 3 days and so being it is impossible to have established a friendship with anyone on our forum.... and your asking the members to give you money so you can buy a Breitling! That is either just gutsy or plain ole stupid. Hell, I want a new watch but I am saving for it and my stockpile of savings gets tapped into every once in a while for something more important. At this rate I wont be getting a new watch anytime real soon. Oh well.

2nd. If you are stuggling to pay your rent / eat / ect.. you need to spend what you have saved to survive, not to own a luxury timepiece. Its a simple decision.

3rd, if a Bentley is out of your range right now.... get a lesser expensive
Breitling. Wear it and enjoy and take the couple thousand you'll save and pay your rent.

Lastly, contribute to our community either buy expressing your passion for the brand or in the future (hopefully) your love of your own Breitling. BUT..If you are only here to solicit donations ... go away.

Gotta say my friend cant fault you for effort or just plain cheek !!! but like others have said sort your priorities out !!! most of us work very hard for the Breilings we own, this forum is not a happy hunting ground for beggars lets be honest thats what your doing, sorry if that sounds harsh but facts often do. My advice is wait until your finances are healthier and buy the watch you want then or simply buy a cheaper model now either way good luck with your purchase or savings plan but I dont see too much coming from this forum.

One of the reasons the world is in the shape it is at the moment is because of wanting things immediately and forgetting everything else!

Respectfully I would advise to keep the Breitling as a goal to aim for.
This way you will have some small motivation to pass college, pay off your debts and when all that is done have enough left over for the luxury of a nice watch!

Take a look at what is happening in the world at the moment it is a great lesson to us all to alter the way we use our money.

I promise you that if you earn the money or work to get into the position of having the watch as a reward for hard work done the watch will have far greater meaning to you! I know mine is more than just a watch because of that!

I am guessing here but I think a great many people on this forum are right now thinking of a great many ways to utilize their money in more gainful meaningful ways than funding somebody else,s watch purchase!

There is a whole lot going on in the world at the moment, I would really advise you to take a look, you might learn some very valuable things from it and that would certainly bring the dream of yours to fruition a whole lot more quickly!

That is the best I can help you with I am afraid! Good luck to you!

PS.
This is a handy tool to have as far as priorities is concerned!

Before any luxury(and a watch is a luxury!) food, water, shelter and love, everything else is an added bonus! If you have those things in life then you know you have your priorities in order and can have fun with the rest!

Gotta give that to ya, it was worth a try  What happend to the first post btw? Assuming there ever was one ofc.. Right now it just seems as if something is missing xD

- But except for that, I couldnt agree more with what the others said.. I guess youre at my age, if not alittle bit older, meaning that if you want a luxury watch you gotta set it as a longtime goal - Right now, and for the past 10 months (ever since i bought my Omega  ) I havent really been spending serious money on anything nonimportant (except for gifts to my girlfriend) and I can look forward to atleast anohter 2 months like that before I'll start closing in on my goal..

Anyhow, what is it that the parrot always says? "Dead man no watch wearing" or smth like that, right? Don't save away money on your food - You'll be far to skinny to wear the bentley by the time you get it that way anyways

I, too, missed that first post. But the responses from
the other guys make it all too clear what you were asking for.
You've got some big cajones, pal, asking for money from strangers
to buy a watch -- any watch.

Do what the rest of us do: Pay your bills and save, save, save.
If you can't deal with this reality, then I think you'd better forget
about getting a Breitling or any nice watch. :?

It's disappointing for sure. The guy introduced himself as a student, so let's assume that he's learned a few things about life on here the last couple of days as well.

To GZGym1 - you have your entire life ahead of you, there's no need to be in a rush to get your watch. I still have a far better appreciation for some of my first luxury purchases that I had to save for over many years than I do for some of the pieces that I can now afford relatively easily - it's sad in some ways.

Not being able to have what you want, when you want it can be difficult, but trust me, it will be all the more special when you do get it. Apologies if this sounds trite or condescending, not my intent.

You're all spot on, I waited the best part of twenty years for my first Breitling. It certainly makes you appreciate the significance of something like a Breitling when you finally get it. A luxury watch is exactly that..

I too missed the first post.
I think none of us would object to being given a ling but one can only really appreciate a Ling if one has gone through the proces of having worked for the dosh to pay for one.
Very few of us can really say "Lets have one, price doesn't matter" and go out to an AD and buy one straight away.

Most of us dream of one for a long time and work and save and after a looooooonnnnnnnnggggg time, if there is nothing else that needs the funds, will start haggling.

Good luck with your dream!
