Just wondering if you send in the watch with a messed up dial, if they will replace it with a new one or try to fix it up?

Most definately replace it, I sent a ladies cockpit in for a service and they said that the dial was spotted and recommended replacing it, I never could see any spots on it, but I went ahead and replaced the diamond dial, cost about $300 US dollars.

You can always call and ask. If you're sending it to Breitling USA, it's 203-762-1180. I happened to have that on my desk.

You're welcome. I just sent a watch in today, so I called to check the details. I still had the number scratched on an envelope here.

Breitling always attempts to replace dials where possible. If they don't have any service dials left, as is likely the case with the Shark, they may not offer to do anything. It depends on what "messed up" means but they aren't big on restorations of dials.

That is Roff, the dial is just old, faded and looks like it had a couple water spots on it.
