Post subject:  Newbie needs a watch winder

My birthday was yesterday and my wife surprised me with a new all Steel Slate Chronomat. It's absolutely gourgeous. But now I think I need a watch winder for both my wifes Rolex and now my new baby. I have been looking at some on ebay for really inexpensive. Pro's and Con's of these? Why would I buy one for 5 to 10 x's more? Thanks for the help.

There's lots of discussions about winders on here - a quick search will give you everything you ever wanted.

In terms of this one, chinese motor, will likely be fine for a few months and then start getting noisy. After it's been noisy for a while it's likely to become permanently silent........
