Hello guys .... couple of years ago I purchased my first Breitling , went with a Super Avenger due to the size . Now i'm getting the itch again for a new piece . I was looking at a Planet ocean XL or a Superocean Heritage 46 . Just wanted to know what current SA owners went with as there second option . I"m open to any brand also thanks !!

Like you my first Breitling purchase was an SA with the black dial with numbers (traded recently as a down payment on the 6.75). Then came the second SA with white dial and Baton markers. I liked the SA due to its size and mid level price point. My next purchase hopefully in the next month or so (already have the watch lined up and it is being held for me) is the Bentley 6.75 with Grey Dial. I like the bigger dials and the Bentley is the next option in the size range I wanted to stay in. It is a very different look than my SA and I wanted to add some variety to my collection (if you can call it that) but still stay in that 48mm-50mm range. As you can tell by my choices I do like a flashy larger watch. I did look at the Chronomat 47 and really liked it. But I determined after a while it was to close to the look of an SA and didn't offer much in variety to warrant the purchase. I also looked at the PO 9300 in orange. I tried one on and immediately fell in love. But after thinking about it for a few weeks I just couldn't get over the smaller size of it. It was just going to be to small for me at the 45.5mm size. The SO Heritage 46 will add some variety to your collection as it looks very different from an SA and is 2mm smaller. Maybe a little more "dressy" than the SA as it the dial looks a lot cleaner and neat. It is a simple look(if you go non chronograph) which I do really like. Between the PO XL and the SO heritage I would def go with the Heritage. Are you looking at the the chronograph Heritage or the non chronograph dial? Good luck in the hunt and the decision.

I only buy pre owned as a matter of fact, makes some of the usually unattainable watches attainable. I cant afford anything new haha, but I always looked for pre owned with boxes and papers. The Bentley I am getting came in on a trade to an AD. The guy who traded it in received it as a gift and didn't like it. So he traded it and used it as credit to get something he liked. It actually still has 13 months of warranty still on it with full boxes and papers. He never wore it, it looks practically new. Yeah that mesh braclet is def the way I would go as well. Good luck, I hope you find something you really like. As soon as it you get post some pics for sure.

We definitely think in similar ways! I have a black 6.75, and just got a blue SA II. My 3rd is a silver Seawolf, and you are correct, even being a hefty watch in its own right when you're used to one of the big boys it doesn't really seem to have much wrist presence. Mine has been downgraded to being my gym watch.

As for the OP's question, I will have to give it some thought, but really depends on the size range that's acceptable, and price too.

I started with a omega planet ocean chrono first, then got my 6 super avengers, loved the size and the watch, then purchased my 2 Navi Worlds there a little smaller but have a nice presence, for the most part I wear my super avengers 95% of the time

Yes we do!! I am hopefully picking up my 6.75 on March 8. By that time I should have the funds together to finally treat myself for my 30th Birthday. I could think of no other way to celebrate a "milestone" by getting something as beautiful as a Grey Dial 6.75!!
