Talking about the seawolf, in the solo tempo version (but in this case it doesn't make any difference), I need some opinions from who wears them.
I'm in great doubt about going on the old model , which has white numbers, or the new one, which has rodium plated numbers.
Looking at the pics on the internet I desume that white numbers are certainly very clear and readable. I don't know if the same can be said for the rodium plated.
By the other hand, the latter are more stilish and elegant and, may be, the first look a little bit cheaper?
Thoughts?

I wear a yellow Seawolf, and my numbers are black, yet very easy to read against the yellow dial. I find the Seawolf very readable in any configuration.

For what it's worth I have the original white numbered Skyland and it is very easy to read the dial in any daylight conditions and angles. When the Avenger was given the polished number facelift the ones I looked at in ADs did appear to suffer when viewing the dial from certain angles.

right, I suspected this. I guess that this effect depends from what they have in front of themselves, because they just reflect it. If it is dark, legibility may decrease.

This was also a question I had (along with having illegible bezel numerals that make it useless as a dive watch IMO). It's similar to what they did to the Omega Planet Ocean, really shiny numerals that disappear under certain light, even when looking straight on. They are probably going for a slicker/cooler design over a more utilitarian one.

Definitely! And I must admit that I like the new look, even if I'm quite bored by the idea that, in some conditions, I could possibly be not able to read time easily. Thus this thread.

So we could also rename it in: what do you choose among look and utility?

Exactly, from certain angles the polished numerals on a black face can appear near black themselves. Also they may appear mirror like, so it depends on conditions at the time. I prefer the white myself.
