I recently acquired my CA Titanium E13360, and it is running well within COSC Specs. But, based on a thread I recently read and me not knowing the service history of the watch I will be sending it off for servicing.

My only questions is where BUSA or Govberg? I work a few blocks from Govberg and want to know do they do the same thing that BUSA will do to my watch?

Thanks for any and all answers.

Govbergs have a watchmaker onsite who can do basic service work as defined by BUSA, but for a proper Breitling service it will need to go to BUSA. That said, Govbergs can arrange to send it for you.
