I just saw this on TZ, not sure how many on here saw it so I figured I'd post the link. I think this is by far the best Blacksteel I've ever seen, but that's just my opinion.

It does look good, but I have to wonder how durable it will be - especially as it's only PVD.

That looks really good. I don't think the colour is quite spot-on, but it's not far off.

The thing is, as it's PVD then the durability won't be up there with the head, but then that's my whole issue with the Blacksteel models anyway - they look FANTASTIC but if you damage them you're screwed.

Now imagine if that had been made in brushed-finish black ceramic instead.....

I have admired this gentleman's customized watches for sometime. He has a Rolex Sub no/date that has a DLC coating that IMO is one of the best looking, masculine watches I have ever seen. Worth taking a look.

i have a zenith with DLC coating and even that comes off a little at the edges with wear alibeit to a very minute degree..
