I purchased one direct from Breitling UK recently and it was £45 including next day delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It included everything, so before paying over inflated prices, contact them first!!!!!!!

Was it the new style with chequer embossed black outer box?

For that price I'm guessing it's the new style cardboard boxes. The older (and much nicer IMO) Bakelite box sets were always a lot more money. (I guess that shows why Breitling moved away from the superb Bakelite boxes - cost saving).

Yes they are the embossed outer box with the leather case inside,
I agree the Bakelite ones are nicer and command a higher used value, but I have seen a lot of the new ones going for inflated prices, when they are cheaper and available direct from Breitling themselves.They did tell me that these are the only ones available now,

Wonder what they go for here in US. Has anyone bought one directly from Breitling?

The old Bakelite boxes are buy far a better design
