Hi

First i like to say that i have tried to search on the forum and online for this but have not found anything
that confirms what i am thinking.

Is it only the watches with the B01 inhouse movement that have
display caseback? or is there older/other Breitling models that have it?

I mean original mounted ;)

Hannes

Hello. Only the limited edition chronomat b01 and b04 have display backs, as well as Navitimer 01 LE and transocean 01 LE.

Hi,

I am sure Matt is correct for current models. Please also see this http://www.breitlingsource.com/articles ... tion.shtml for historic display backs.

Thank you!

The question should maybe have been wich models are there with display caseback.

That link was good :)

Breitling never seemed to embrace DBs until the in house movement came along, possibly because they were only ETA movements, but there are definitely some out there as Alan provided the link to. Perhaps the most bizarre is a display back mecha-quartz movement in the CA69.

Yes, Breitling now seems to be moving towards DBs for more of the in house as opposed to using it as a differentiator on LEs.

The Cossie 12023 is definitely one of the more iconic non B01 models with a display back.
Simply superb.
Having said that, I do love my three B01 display backs, so let me rub it in again ;-)

Wow, that is an amazing photo, could you possibly post a photo of the "other side"' of the same three?
