Post subject:  Breitling Chrono Avenger or Avenger Seawolf?

Hi all,

I'm looking at purchasing either a Breitling Chrono Avenger in titanium or a Breitling Avenger Seawolf in titanium.

Both models seem to be about the same price on the second hand market, but which one is the better watch?

I understand that the Chrono Avenger uses the Breitling 13 movement where as the Avenger Seawolf uses the Breitling 17 movement, what are the differences between the two movements?

What where the new purchase prices of each model?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Pricing by year is here - http://www.breitlingsource.com/pricelis ... ection=ASC

Both of the watches use ETA based movements, the most obvious difference between them is that the CA is a chronograph and the Seawolf isn't. Which is 'better' largely comes down to personal choice and whether you need / want a chronograph.

Welcome to BreitlingSource.
