Seem to be released in small lots (25) but cant find much more info. Know that the clasp is white gold and the case is the platine. Looking for a place to reference these if anybody knows of one.

They are LEs issued for some models, not always runs of 25. Because Breitling doesn't publicly announce all LEs it's impossible to come up with a definitive list, although most of the 'main' platinum ones are mentioned in Chronologs over the years.
