Got this last week

Needed a polish, but thought i'd change the finish.

I looked in the '02 Chronolog.....

so with a screwdriver and a Garryflex block, got to work.

I haven't done it exactly the same as OEM. I've left the case sides, bezel sides, tab-riders and bracelet sides polished. .... but may go the whole hog soon.

The bezel still needs to be re-done, as the 15min to 45min section is slightly rough.

It shows off the facets on the Pilot Special better than polished finish.

I know, know, know....

I think a brushed finish gives a 'class' look.

(just muho)

Did you do a Evo brushed a while back? I have a spare pilot and I was thinking of brushing it.

Looks super BTW

Very nice! I'm a big fan of brushed/satin cases and bracelets over the polished finish.

I'm another who prefers the brushed finish over the polished B's... looks great!
