Post subject:  Breitling freebies?

I have read that purchasers of new Breitlings in the USA get a Breitling baseball cap gratis after their purchase, does anyone know if the same thing happens in Canada? Do we Canucks receive any goodies? :D

I'd be curious to find out as well.

I bought my Ling while in Alaska, so I got the baseball cap. Who knows, you might see me around sporting my blue cap.

Another BC owner, I will keep an eye out for your hat! Are you in Van?

Yup, somewhere in the GVRD a blue "B" hat is weaving in and out of foot traffic.

You are entitled to a ball cap on first purchase. The AD has to send in the paperwork for you and sometimes they need prompting!

I had a call from one of the ADs I deal with that she had another surprise for me from Breitling - don't know what it is yet, and not sure if that is just a one off or a second level given how many watches I have bought this year.

That's great news! That might explain why they gave me a slip of paper wanting name and address details!

I just read your location details! I am an ex-pat from Devon, love the UK, don't love all the things you mention! I was shocked at how much Breitlings are over there! Move to Canada, it's great!

Yeah there's thread on here somewhere about emigration. It's tempting to consider moving abroad somewhere, and I'm sure I'll consider it more seriously in a few years, but I don't think I'm quite ready to uproot myself completely from the UK.... even though there's quite a few things I dislike about this place.

I received reply from my AD today saying they could not get me the cap, but i had also emailed the distributer who informed me that as a loyal customer they would gladly send me a cap.
Is there a reason that only American customers recieve these gifts

There were a few on ebay a while back. As a UK buyer I was little disgruntled about not getting a cap
