Post subject:  pricing for older models

Hi All,

for an outdated breitling model , how much of a discount should there be on the original price if being sold at duty free (note the duty free is not an AD or a boutique).

for example, i've seen an airwolf (2009 model i believe) being sold at a duty free in North America for full price and its now almost 4 years old.

Is there a generic % (discount) that actuall price should be reduced down to ?

Thanks,

Kris

It's down to what you can negotiate. If it's not a Breitling AD then the watch is grey market and there will likely be no factory warranty which would certainly reduce the price - especially with an older piece that will need servicing sooner, but there is no hard and fast rule as to what you 'should' get.

whats the average price to get a breitling serviced at an AD or breitling boutique?

Thanks,

Kris
