I'd like to build an Irish Breitling Colt.

For years I have looked for a green dial A57035 without any luck. So, I purchased a green dial last week from Spain. For $45, if it is a dud I'm not out any money.

Has anyone ever put the dial from an A57035 on one of the Breitling Colt Automatics? I know Would need hands and the date wheel could be a challenge.

I would love to hear any suggestions or better yet experience on this.

Thank you.

Not likely to find many people doing DIY dial changes because it creates a watch that Breitling will refuse to touch.

I would have a local Breitling AD do the work.

Already had BUSA restore an A57035. $770 In parts and labor I had a new watch.

This is one for me to keep, add to the collection. Won't need the BUSA for services, plenty of great local watch makers that will do the work.
