I just put a down payment for 1400.00 for a Black face Super Avenger the total cost 4550.00. I was told 5 to 6 month wait and it will have the sticks instead of numbers. Anyone have a clear pic of the 2008 Avenger in Black? |

I believe this watch and other Breitling's are worth full retail depending on the supply and demand, I'm just not sure I would pay that. 
This is a beautiful watch, can't wait to see the pictures of it! Hopefully they gave you a polishing cloth at least?

just my to cents on the full price/retail question. In my case, I bought mine for full retail and then some, merely for the fact that i really really wanted that watch that day, and as it was the only one in Oslo and surrounding area for quite some time i paid through the nose and ran with it.... Obviously the same applies to certain models in demand, the timing is off course the essential bit here. Have the patience make a good deal, rush it an bleed! |

Definitely I would ask for a discount. They said you must wait 5 months right? I have spoken to some people who have gotten 20% off, I would definitely ask him/her for a 20% discount because you have to wait so long for it. These watches are great, but I don't advise paying full retail 5 months down the road you know> Regards, Breitlingfan2008

I went back to my AD and asked for a discount because I have gotten two watches from him before, and said that I would drive to another town to get my watches he changed his tune new price 3800.00 but I still have to wait. Thanks again for the heads up. |
