Not sure about all of them but the Pitts is from Pilots Station and they always used to offer a few of their 'regular' models with Breitling livery as well as these special Breitling commissions.

My Pitts came in the box from Pilots-Station and via Breitling if that's what you mean so at least some of them are by them.
