Hello, all.

I recently got my membership card for the Breitling Ownership Club in the form of a Colt Chrono. And I must way it is a very welcome addition to my humble watch collection.
I didn't really think I liked Breitlings until a friend of mine showed me his in person (Avenger Seawolf).

However, there is something you guys can probably help me out with:
The thing is that when I was at the AD I tried out the Chrono SuperOcean as well. You see, it was a choice between getting the superocean _or_ the colt. But now I can't help but feel that the right choice is the superocean _and_ the colt.

Has anyone else experienced this feeling? ;-)

Hah! nice. Welcome to Ling-itus. It's real and it's incurable! The only option you have is to get your fix by getting more Breitlings in regular intervals!

Welcome to the Breitling Madhouse, Groucho! But you
and your brothers Harpo, Zeppo, Chico and Gummo are
already used to craziness, right?

It's true, once you've bought your first Breitling, you're hooked,
probably for life. But believe me, there are worse illnesses to have.
My advice: Just enjoy it for as long as you can, until the day they
come and haul you away, kicking and screaming, "Can't I take my
'Lings with me?"

Hehe, I figured as much. So now I guess I know what my christmas bonus money is going to be spent on this year...

Actually, when it comes to the Colt I thought I might try keeping it nice and pristine and use it for formalwear. It's nice an snug on my wrist for shirts and it's certainly more than shiny enough. Especially with the bracelet on (I'm usually a strap kind of guy).

Any of you guys wear Breitlings with your suits?

Colt will be a good look with a suit.

I have to wear a suit reasonably often for work - Legende is getting quite a lot of time then, but also wear my Cosmonaute or my Cockpit with a suit - all different looks, but all work well.

Didn't take you long to suss that one out groucho!

As the others say :welcome: to the madhouse.

There's only one cure and Mario has is spot on - more 'Lings at regular intervals - I haven't bought a keeper since May and am getting a bit twitchy as I have a couple more I wanted by the end of the year and that's approaching fast.

Enjoy the forums.

Welcome and congratulations!

The feeling you describe is very symptomatic for all of us in here... :) There's an endless craving for the next one... ;)

I wear Breitling to all outfits - suits, t-shirts, swimwear...

I work in a bank and everyone is dressed up in suits. I wear my Super Avenger - in its full glory (wth Pro2 Bracelet) with my suit - everyday to work - And it looks awesome!

I recently changed my Super Avenger with Arabic with Silver Sub Dials for the new 2008 SA with batons and Black Sub Dials on Black Dial.
I must say the newer version is a lot more muted and goes much better with suits that the Arabic version.

Nice shots and watches!

Where did you get that custom strap?

At the risk of getting the post deleted for advertising:
I ordered the straps at the TimeFactors website. They're every bit as good as they look.

I also tried out a NATO strap on the colt. I usually put my Rollie on one. I thought it worked well with the colt. Is wearing your Ling on a NATO strap against the rules?

I like the strap you have on the Colt in your picture. It kind of looks like the IWC Big Pilot's strap. Very nice look.

In regards to your question about rocking the Nato, you will get mixed emotions here. I like different strap combinations, but feel that the SS bracelets are always the best look for a Breitling.
