To the best of my knowledge there isn't a new Mission yet. The regular Emergency likely hasn't made it into the real world yet, certainly haven't heard of any.

I heard from an AD that the E II was having issues with approval from the FCC. I wonder if there is any truth to that...

Hadn't heard that, but had heard that it might be a while before it hit stores because it wasn't ready for mass production. I assume that the FCC approval would only be needed for US sales.

I was told that there were some issues with the dual frequency being approved (yes for the US) as well as some "privacy" issues due to location via GPS. Again, heard from an AD, so please take this with a healthy grain of salt.
