Hello there, my BB BS went to warranty service overhaul to fix the fact that i could not wound my watch, had no effect trying to wind on 1 position of the crown like other watches, so after receiving the watch whit that problem solved, they delivered it whit another problem, missaligned big date, first digit looks like still didnt changed 100% and stays in a upper position comparing to the second digit, no matter what day or hour, this really bothers me since it was perfect, now looks wrong, so went to the AD and dropped the watch again, the AD start smiling ( kind of ) you must be joking, sending the watch in because of this, but we pay premium price for a quality service and they must correct this right?

or am i being to picky whit this, my other BB is perfect and this was too before going to service, and since i notice it i am staring at it all the time, its anoying

No way are you being picky. Date should align perfectly. I'd be asking for a replacement watch if I'd experienced such faults as those. And maybe looking for a replacement AD as well.

That is not aceptable, and we're talking about a big date window here, which is kind of the selling point of the BB. They'll get it fixed.

Agree with everyone, not acceptable whatsoever. You are not being remotely picky at all. Send it back and ask for one of those nifty Breitling book boxes for your troubles :)

Not picky at all. You paid for it and it should be perfect. Isn't it why we are in the watch game? Haha. For that feeling of perfection everytime you look at your wrist.

It's more than misaligned, it could be a symptom of a damaged date wheel - you paid for a perfect watch - no conditions!

No, you are not picky. I would send it back too, just like all the others here have suggested. It’s just the inconvenience of waiting (again) for a second return on something that should not have left the Service Centre in that condition in the first place.

I'd send that thing right back to them as well. I've had warranty repairs come back with new issues before too and the watch went right back to them.

Another vote for "Not being picky at all" here. As I've said many times, these watches are luxury premium items, and we pay premium prices for them, so why should you make do with something that is misaligned and possibly damaged? Get it striaght back to them.

Not pickey at all that's a defect somewhere, let them fix it correctly or get a new one.

Sorry to hear that you had to put up with this crap.
Hopefully you got it sorted this time.
I would not accept anything but perfect service either.
Give them heaps! It's their job to get it right first time and they failed to do so.

When it comes to me and mine, I don't play that game. I had a piece come back from BUSA Service Center ONCE not fixed proper. My AD and BUSA felt the wrath of Khan, in a subtle way that this would NOT happen again. Oh yes, I called them in Ct. and let them know what was what. I got email photos of the entire process when they worked on it and an apology from service manager. If you get your watch back from the Breitling Service Center not right, I am calling them. Forget the AD, I go to the source of the problem. But that's me.
