I have been having a few ongoing issues with my navi world since I bought it back in dec.

1 It has never been in cosc standards. I get that a new watch needs a period of time to settle, so I waited a few months and checked again. At this point it did get better, but still at +12s a day. I get that this is not that far off, but when you pay the kind of money that we spend on these watches I guess I expect it to be as advertised.

2 On the bottom of the crystal between 7 and 7:30 the is a spot about the size of half a dime where there is no anti glare is gone.

3 The bezel is real hard to turn, to the point where it takes more force that I'm comfortable applying. I felt the bezel on a world at the botique, while it did have a bit of resistance it still moved nice and smooth.

4 When I run the chrono for any extended period of time EX a few hours, it stars loosing time in stead of running fast like it normally does.

I have been trying to get these issues taken care of for a while now. Lets back up a bit to when I discovered the bezel was not rite. I was in the botique the salesman pointed out that it was way too tight. I told him about the few other issues I noticed, he suggested I go the the AD I bought it from. I asked if there was anything he could do since I was there. His reply was " I would swap it out for the one in the case if you had bought it from this store" Keep in mind this is the same guy that that gave me bogus info about the ADs in the area being pulled due to discounting. At this point I about had it. I wrote a verry descriptive email to breitling explaining all the issues with the watch and that tool at the botique. I also included in the email a small rant about the new packaging since it was fresh on my mind from the post here. I must have got in touch with the rite person because this guy has been great. He was speechless that the salesman told me he would swap it out had I bought from him. He told me to take my watch to the botique and they would send it to BUSA for me. He must have called and told them the situation. As I was leaving the store they handed me a bag with a breitling hat and a few chocolate bars. He is also sending be a duffle bag and a book safe. Today I recived this in the mail.

I must say I'm pretty impressed. People say the dont care and that they are not listing. I think they are, just have to get the correct person.

I'm sure they will. Still can't forget all the horror stories I have heard about it taking 2-3 trips back and forth before it is corrected.
