I recently got a great deal on a pre-owned B-1 SQ with black dial. It was owned by a local guy who served in the Navy in Vietnam. Super guy, and we met at his home and chatted for a long while. This watch is a grail of sorts for me, and I had one before but sold it to get my Airwolf LE. But I always missed it. So the one I picked had all the links for the bracelet (which is a huge deal for me), but needed a little TLC. The functions were not working correctly; when you scroll the crown the functions would jump forward and backward despite scrolling in one direction. The dial had some patina, maybe due to over-exposure. So I sent it off to BUSA for a FULL spa treatment and request for new crisp dial.
I can't wait to get it back! I love how BUSA restores these babies back to their original perfection. The brushed center links on the fighter bracelet are a big favorite of mine as well. I don't expect to see it for a few months, but this baby will be glued to my wrist.Sorry for the ramble, but the B-1 SQ is just an absolute beauty in my opinion..
