Post subject:  3~6 month wait?
Willing to pay full retail just to have it now, but no AD got it in stock.

I finally gave up on finding my ideal 2nd Breitling within reasonable time frame and special ordered one and put down deposit during past week. The AD called Breitling, and the ETA is minimum 3 month to 6 month. The "wait' and "search" seems to be the keyword for this hobby.

Looking on the bright side, I am really enjoying my first Breitling, the wait is actually not too painful.

Has anyone of you waited longer than 6 months to recieve your special ordered Breitling from AD?

The 08 SA all black dial including sub dials. If you have one in stock now I will take it, otherwise my should come in hopefully before Christmas.

hmm. That one is the hardest to get. I actually JUST sold it today. This customer has been waiting for 3 months. Let me check on it and I'll let you know if I have any at other stores.

I'm still waiting for my black one as well. Let me know if you are interested in a white dial 08 SA. I need to unload the extra one I have. ;)

I think I know of a dealer that just got one in yesterday. If you want me to I can check with them tomorrow. I know they had a white with batons, white with numbers, blue with batons, and I think the black just came in with batons. I have been looking for certain other models and was surprised to see an AD with this many SA's.

I live in NJ, Jay Roberts Jewelers in Marlton, NJ has two 08 SA in stock was there two days ago, both black with black subs, but both had numbers. Discounted price was 3590.00 Let me know if you need some help...

Hell, yes! I have been waiting for my white "old" SA version since April/May... of course I can get it from another AD, but I am sticking to mine since we have a very good "cooperation" on the Breitling habit ;)

Actually bought a blue one while waiting, hahahaaa...

Thanks for the info, I will give them a call. I have a feeling the one you saw may be Avenger Skyland. The 08 Black on Black are only available with batons.

No, I think the longest I've waited is 2 months. I guess I've been lucky... :)

3-6 months is the going time for the black SA and I have talked w a few dealers also...

mines ordered a few weeks ago
