Hello everybody - newbie here!

I need to have my Avenger Chrono serviced and I was wondering if anybody has had any RECENT experience with JD Watchworks in San Francisco? I have called on the phone and written emails and have not gotten a response.

There are a few people who have used them - search for "watchworks" as JD is too short for the algorithm (or use the Google search tool). Not sure what you consider as recent, but in the last year or so. They are also Breitling authorised so you will get the Breitling service warranty.

Turns out I tried to call them on Friday and they are not opened on Fridays! I will try next week...

Someone just recently had a bad experience from them (posted about them in another Breitling forum). Apparently, their watch came back with dust specks on the dial and fingerprint smudges on the hands, etc. The poster has to end up sending the watch to the official BUSA center, who has agreed to make it right.

Well, they responded to my email and gave me a quote so the watch is already on the way to them. I was a bit surprised that their quote was no different than BUSA, I thought they were always quite a bit lower. Well, I guess I am stuck with them now.
